1.Tips for using spraying machine

*A-gun pitch
The distance between the nozzle and the surface of the coating is called the gun distance, which is preferably 30 to 0 centimeters. If the gun distance is too small, the spraying pressure is too high, and the recoil force is also large, it is easy to cause uneven coating. Moreover, the spraying width (fan width) is small, which causes excessive spraying of materials locally on the coated object and excessive thickness. If the gun distance is too large, the spraying pressure loss is large, and the coating is prone to loss. Moreover, if the spraying amplitude is too large, the local spraying material of the coated object may be too small to meet the thickness requirements.

*B – Spray fan angle
The spraying fan and the spraying object surface should be perpendicular to each other. When manually operating the spray gun, it is important to note that the spraying width should not be too large each time, otherwise the spraying fan angle will change significantly due to the unchanged operation, resulting in uneven layers.

*C – Running direction and speed
The running direction and speed of the spray gun should always be parallel to the surface of the coating and perpendicular to the spraying fan to ensure uniformity of the coating. The running speed of the spray gun should be stable, preferably at 400500M/S. If the running speed is too fast, the layer is too thick, and if the running speed is too slow, the coating is too thick.

2.Cleaning of spraying equipment

Spray the paint inside the machine clean, and then use a solvent instead of the paint to clean the paint in the feeding pipe and spray gun inside the machine. When the sprayed material is relatively clear, it can be used. Then remove the spray gun and disassemble the easily removable components for careful cleaning with solvent. If water-based paint is being sprayed, clean the machine and spray gun with water

3.Regarding equipment maintenance

*After the spraying operation is completed, first loosen the handle of the return valve counterclockwise, release the pressure to zero, and then turn off the motor. Otherwise, it may cause the motor to burn or damage the internal parts of the machine.

*After the spraying work is completed, the spraying machine should be cleaned immediately to prevent the residual paint from hardening and causing blockage in the various parts through which the paint flows. When cleaning, simply replace the paint with the corresponding solvent and spray it according to the operation until all the paint in the body, high-pressure pipe, and spray gun is sprayed out

*After using the paint sprayer for a period of time, it is necessary to clean the spray gun filter by removing the movable joint and buckle plate.
