No other item should be shipped alongside and product responsibility is on you until it is delivered to us. Product should not be more defective than the complaint lodged.
All items are inspected on return to verify the return reasons provided. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. If you requested for an exchange, your new product will be sent for delivery within 7 days.
If your return request is not approved, you shall not receive any refund of the purchase price or the delivery fees, and the items will be sent back to you. You will be expected to pay for a second delivery to get your item back.
